"Charged?" is a small application that provides users with the ability to monitor the battery levels of their iOS and macOS devices through iCloud synchronization.
The app is available for free on both iOS and macOS platforms. The iOS version features a subtle banner located at the bottom of the screen, which can be removed through an in-app purchase. This purchase also grants access to the widget functionality.
Device battery statuses are synced via iCloud and utilize Bluetooth connectivity when in close proximity. Mac devices update almost instantly when connected to a power source or when active on battery power. However, iOS devices may experience delays of varying lengths due to restrictions on background execution within the iOS system.
Users have the ability to easily hide devices they are not actively monitoring and unhide them at a later time.
If encountering difficulties with remote syncing, it is recommended to ensure that the user is signed in to their iCloud account and has iCloud Drive enabled on the respective device.
